Nestled amongst the grand Traditional and historic Craftsmen in Pasadena you’ll find Tammy’s home with its unassuming Contemporary flare and inviting front yard. This is a house made for entertaining large or small gatherings. It’s inviting outdoor expanse consists of a dining area, outdoor fireplace with a conversation component a large pool and adjacent pool house. The grassy area works well for her three dogs, including Harley, her oversized but sweet Great Dane.
The large milk glass front door opens into a beautiful entry with sightlines through the house allowing light to flow through naturally and bounce off the dark wood floors. In the separate dining room, one of the grandest features is the unique custom-made table that was created by local Pasadena designer William Stranger. He also crafted the wood fireplace mantle in the living room which provides a rich & rustic highlight. A favorite spot is the master suite which overlooks the yard from all directions & truly provides the feeling of an indoor/outdoor living space.
